Booking Enquiries

For all enquiries please complete Section 1. Depending on whether you answer “Yes/No” at the bottom of the form it will then take you to Section 2 or 3.

If you know exactly what you want to book, please check availability on our online calendar and complete Section 3.

If you are unsure or have a general booking enquiry, please then complete Section 2, giving us as much information as possible.

All rooms in a single booking must be booked for the same duration.

Children’s parties should be booked for a minimum of 3 hours to allow time for setup and clear up.

Our volunteer bookings team will respond to you as soon as possible, usually within 48 hours.

Please note that we are unable to accept adult parties from outside the village and no teenage parties.
